RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange:
Software & Games
Opened digital or physical software, game codes, and licenses
Hygiene Products
Opened headsets, earbuds, or items with hygiene seals
Downloadable Content
Digital downloads, DLCs, and virtual items once redeemed
Custom Orders
Personalized or custom-built products
Clearance Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
Consumables
Batteries, thermal paste, and other consumable products
RETURN PROCESS
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us
Email returns@khaleejgamers.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.
Get Authorization
Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours. Do not ship items without this number.
Pack Securely
Pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and the RMA number visible on the outside.
Ship the Item
Ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt.
Receive Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
REFUND METHODS
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card
Refunded to original card within 5-10 business days (varies by bank)
Digital Wallets
Apple Pay, PayPal - refunded within 3-5 business days
Bank Transfer
Refunded to original bank account within 5-7 business days
Cash on Delivery
Store credit or bank transfer (bank details required)
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We've Got You Covered
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we'll make it right - no questions asked.
For defective or damaged items:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery for damage during shipping
- Include photos/videos clearly showing the damage or defect
- We cover return shipping for defective items
- Choose replacement or full refund - your choice
- Manufacturer defects covered under warranty terms
EXCHANGES
Want a different product instead of a refund? Here's how exchanges work:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
