DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Address
- Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
- Include building name, apartment number, and landmarks
- Provide a working phone number for delivery contact
- P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for physical deliveries
Failed Delivery Attempts
- Carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- After failed attempts, packages may be held at a local facility
- Unclaimed packages after 7 days will be returned to us
- Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges
Signature Requirements
- Orders over AED 1,000 require signature upon delivery
- An authorized person at the delivery address may sign
- ID verification may be required for high-value orders
SHIPPING ISSUES

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange replacement or refund.
❌ Missing Items
Contact us immediately. We'll investigate and ship missing items at no extra cost.
🔄 Wrong Item
We'll arrange free pickup and send the correct item with priority shipping.
⏰ Delayed Delivery
Contact support for status update. We'll work with the carrier to expedite.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to carrier restrictions and regulations, we cannot ship:
- Lithium batteries (loose/uninstalled) via air freight
- Items to certain countries under trade sanctions
- Products that exceed carrier size/weight limits
- Items restricted by local customs regulations
